One public radio station just secured $1.15 million to modernize while another is still rebuilding after a river swallowed its tower. Together, they tell the story of Alaska’s fragile public broadcasting system.

Our signal issue in Cordova has been fixed (for the moment) thanks to volunteer help from Reuben Brown! We recently were awarded a grant from Cordova Community Foundation to improve broadcast resilience, and plan to do that work in the spring time, so hopefully this may be the last outage for a long, long time. 🤞🤞

People have been very generous with donations for the food bank at KCHU! We're gonna drop off these donations in the next couple of days, so people can have them for Thanksgiving.
