The Dirty South F.O.O.L.S. are proud to host the 2026 Heroes for Tots Softball Tournament, bringing together Fire, Police, and EMS from across the region for a day of competition, camaraderie, and giving back to our community.

The FIRED UP Fire Department Leadership Conference exceeded every expectation, and it wouldn't have been possible without each and every one of you.

To everyone who attended—thank you for believing in our vision and investing in yourselves, your departments, and the future of the fire service. Seeing firefighters and leaders come together with a passion for learning, leadership, and brotherhood is exactly why we created FIRED UP.

A special thank you goes to our outstanding speakers—Chief Ali Mims, Blake Stinnett, and Shane Bentley. Each of you did more than deliver a presentation. You shared your personal journeys, your struggles, your victories, and your faith. You opened your lives to us and reminded everyone in the room that no matter where you've been or what you've faced, God can use your story for His purpose.
