Happy Earth Day 🌎

Today I celebrated Earth Day in a fun and meaningful way with Mrs. Farmer’s Pre-K class! 🌎📚 I had the chance to read There’s a Map on My Lap and talk with the students about how maps help us understand and care for our planet. We discussed how maps show us where we live, the oceans, forests, and all the amazing places that make Earth so special—and why it’s important to protect them.

To make things extra memorable, I brought donut holes to help us talk about the shape of the Earth (and yes, they were a big hit! 🍩). It was such a joy to connect learning, creativity, and Earth Day together with such a curious and enthusiastic group of kids!
