On Saturday morning, Mayor Scott James Matheson presented a proclamation recognizing the impact of the Love One Foundation and officially declaring June 13, 2026, as Love One Foundation Day in the City of Valdosta
Founded by Valdosta native Kenny Moore II, the foundation’s annual youth football and cheer clinic provides local youth with opportunities to build skills, confidence, and character. Through events like these, Kenny continues to invest in where he came from and the next generation and give back to the community that helped shape him.

Thank you, Kenny Moore II and the Love One Foundation, for making a difference in the lives of Valdosta’s youth. 💛🏈
