🎃🧙‍♀️ HOCUS POCUS! IT'S TIME FOR PIZZA WITH THE POLICE! 🍕👮‍♂️🚔

BOO! 👻 Looks like Mother Nature is up to her old tricks again! 🥶❄️

We're starting to think Mother Nature doesn't like cops very much! 😂🚔 Apparently, she's decided to cast a little cold spell on our Pizza with the Police event tonight! 🪄🌬️

But have no fear, witches, goblins, and little monsters! A little hocus pocus and chilly weather won't stop us! THE SHOW MUST GO ON! 🎬🎃

🧙‍♀️ A few magical reminders for tonight:

🧥 Bundle up! Dress warmly because it's looking a little colder than we originally anticipated!

🛋️ Bring a blanket! Feel free to bring your favorite cozy blanket to keep those goosebumps away!

☕ Hot chocolate and apple c***r! We'll have some delicious warm drinks to help fight off Mother Nature's chilly spell!

🍕 Pizza, police, and a little Halloween magic! What more could you ask for?

We're still hoping the sun works a little magic today and warms things up before tonight! ☀️🪄

PRESS RELEASE: Middlesex Township Police Department’s K9 Steki to get donation of body armor

Middlesex Township Police Department, PA - K9 Steki will receive a bullet and stab protective vest thanks to a charitable donation from non-profit organization Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. K9 Steki’s vest was sponsored by Rich-Mar Rotary Club of Mars, PA and will be embroidered with the sentiment “This gift of protection provided by Rich-Mar Rotary”. Delivery is expected within ten weeks.

Vested Interest in K9s, Inc., established in 2009, is a 501(c)(3) charity whose mission is to provide bullet and stab protective vests and other assistance to dogs of law enforcement and related agencies throughout the United States. This potentially lifesaving body armor for four-legged K9 officers is U.S. made, custom fitted, and National Institute of Justice (NIJ) certified. Since its inception, Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. has provided over 6,677 vests valued at $6.9 million to K9s in all 50 states, made possible by both private and corporate donations.

The program is open to U.S. dogs at least 20 months old, actively employed, and certified with law enforcement or related agencies. K9s with expired vests are also eligible to participate. There are an estimated 30,000 law enforcement K9s throughout the United States.

Vested Interest in K9s, Inc. accepts tax-deductible contributions in any amount, while a single donation of $1,050 will sponsor one vest. Each vest has a value of $1800.00, weighs an average of 4-5 lbs., and comes with a five-year warranty. For more information, or to learn about volunteer opportunities, please call (508) 824-6978. Our Pizza with the Police – Middlesex Township event has officially been moved to Saturday, October 17th from 6:00 PM–8:00 PM!

Due to numerous other community events happening at the same time as our originally scheduled date, we felt it would be best to move our event to the 17th so more families have the opportunity to join us.

Come out to 133 Brown Hill Road, Valencia, PA, grab a slice of pizza, sit back, enjoy a movie, and spend some time getting to know your Middlesex Township Police officers! 🍕🎬👮‍♂️

Honoring 9/11 🇺🇸

Officer Richards and K-9 Steki joined fellow first responders today for Mission BBQ’s 9/11 ceremony in Cranberry Township.

A special thank you to Mission BBQ for providing complimentary sandwiches to fire, police, and first responders in remembrance of September 11, 2001. We truly appreciate your generosity and continued support of first responders! 🐾
