Today we received a very kind thank-you note (and some treats!) from a customer who wanted to recognize two of our team members at the Porter County Recorder’s Office for their outstanding service. Moments like this remind me how fortunate we are to have a staff that truly cares about helping the public.

When we get an “atta boy” note like this, we celebrate as a team—so lunch for the entire staff is on the boss today! It’s a small way to say thank you for the hard work, professionalism, and dedication they show every single day.

Proud of this team and grateful to the customers who take the time to share their appreciation.

This award means a lot—it recognizes the work we’ve been doing to make things easier, faster, and more accessible for everyone in Porter County. Our team has been working hard behind the scenes, and it’s awesome to see that effort recognized across the state.
