This evening, several of our dedicated firefighters trained on the critical first 10 minutes of a typical structure fire— a time where every second counts.

From setting up a dump tank and establishing a draft, to stretching hose lines, making entry, and flowing water, our crews worked through the essential tasks that make an effective fireground operation. And that’s just scratching the surface.

Repetition of these skills is key to staying sharp and ensuring we’re always ready when our community needs us most.

A big thank you to the MAAC for allowing us to use their facilities for this training.
