*Felony Arrest Notice x’3, inside Kibler City Limits*

On 10/01/2021, at approximately 2:30 PM the Kibler Police Department, along with the assistance of other Law Enforcement Agencies, executed a search warrant where One male was arrrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Another male was also arrested and charged with possession, manufacturing and transportation pertaining to alcoholic beverages. They were transported to the Crawford County Detention Center where they were released to Detention Deputies.

On 10/02/2021, at approximately 2:15 PM, the Kibler Police Department executed a search warrant on a sexual offender, who is prohibited from possessing fi****ms due to a convicted felon status. Two pistols were located inside the home, the suspect was then arrested and charged with possession of fi****ms by certain persons. Arrestee was transported to the Crawford County Detention Center, released to Detention Deputies, and held without bond.

Just wanted to address some rumors that have been going around about the new Officers of the Kibler Police Department, such as that we do not work nights and weekends; however, that is not correct.

No, not every weekend is worked, no not every night shift is worked and at no time should any Law Enforcement Officers schedule be reviled for the Officers safety and so the criminals do not catch on to the schedules. We keep changing it up for that reason exactly. Just because we aren’t seen, does not mean we are not present.

When we are not present, a call out schedule is made, monthly and if a Kibler citizen is in need and if a Kibler Officer is requested a Kibler Officer WILL respond. We strive each day to make Kibler a safe place to live for each citizen. Other concerns have been voiced by people who have no idea about how Law Enforcement Operations are ran, and that’s okay because some people want to complain about anything they can.

So if you have concerns, please come directly to our Office to voice those concerns, or feel free to attend the City Council meeting Monday, October 4th at 7:00 PM and we WILL be HAPPY to fill you in on all the progress we have made (no not everything will be revealed due to it being Law Enforcement Operations) and plans for the future, Thank You!!

Over the weekend a Kubota Zero Turn lawn mower was stolen from Pleasant Valley Farms, near The Dollar General. If anybody has any intel on the incident, please contact Chief Young or Lt. Kirby Smith. Thank you!
