The Library will be opening at 10 in the morning, so we can get the the ramps and sidewalks cleared off from the refreeze from tonight. It was bad this morning from last night and we want to make sure it’s as safe as possible.

The library will be opening tomorrow. We will open at 11-4 unless we aren’t very busy we will close earlier. Everyone be safe roads are still not the greatest!

The Carter County Library both the
Van Buren and Grandin Branch will be closed tomorrow 1-27-26 due to road conditions!

Summer reading is winding down. It’s been a great summer and we want to thank Miss Hannah for all the creative programs she came of for the kids in Children’s Library! She did awesome and the kids all loved her! Tuesday is our last day with the trip to the Zoo Down Under here in Van Buren for all those that completed the summer reading program and turned in their reading logs. Come by the library and get a ticket to the zoo. We will meet out there Tuesday. They will have fun stuff for the kids to do. The kids will get in free for those that completed the program and parents will be $9.95. Thank you to all of you that came to the summer reading program. We hope that you had a wonderful time this summer and we can’t wait until our summer reading program next summer.
Please remember, we will have programs through the year for the children so keep an eye out on what days and time Miss Hanna will have those. Thank you to all the families that brought your children and participated with them in the programs. We appreciate all of you!

FYI:

To all my littles!! I know we were preparing for our hike this weekend at the spring, but the weather just isn't going to work with us. But this just us postponing it, we will still have our hike and scavenger hunt, we just have to wait till the weather isn't being so crazy! Thank you to all my little parents that have been so supportive of all my crazy things, we still have so much in-store! 🥰
