Welcome to Sugar Valley RV Resort!

Serving Van Vleck, Sweeny, Bay City & surrounding areas. We are minutes away from Chevron/Phillips 66 & Bay City Tenaris!!

Established in 2014, we created a RV Resort in Van Vleck, TX (just outside of Bay City, Texas) to provide a down-home country feel while you are away from home....whether it be for work or vacation. We are located in close proximity to local area plants, and a few short miles from shopping, restaurants & a new state of the art Movie Entertainment complex in Bay City, Texas as well as a short drive to Matagorda to the area beach!

Our park has 152 full service hookups. We also offer a variety of amenities including: 30 amp & 50 amp hookups at each site, laundry facilities, men’s & women’s separate shower facilities, drop off laundry service, & Wi-fi. If you forgot something at home, you can probably find it in our convenience store located on site. We are a Certified Propane Fill station as well.
