BREAKING NEWS from Atlanta, Cruse Schroeder is the 2026 SkillsUSA National Champion in Heavy Equipment Operation!

Competing against the top student heavy equipment operators from across the United States at the SkillsUSA National Leadership & Skills Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, Cruse earned the GOLD MEDAL and the title of National Champion, a truly historic and outstanding accomplishment!

This achievement is a testament to Cruse's hard work, dedication, and exceptional skill. Congratulations also to his coaches and instructors, Ms. Deb Richardson and Mr. Chris Miles, for their guidance and support throughout this journey.

Our German Interact Club students are settling in and have spent their first few days at our partner school, Kaufmännisches Berufskolleg Oberberg!

We are incredibly grateful for this partnership and to teachers Katrin and Markus for welcoming our students and providing a firsthand look at school life in Germany. From classroom visits and a school tour to economics and Spanish classes, our students have had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a new learning environment while building connections with their German hosts and fellow students.

Experiencing another country's education system, culture, and daily routines is what this exchange is all about. It's been wonderful to see new friendships forming, perspectives expanding, and memories being made along the way.

We're excited to continue following their adventures throughout Germany this week—stay tuned! ✈️✨
