Let’s get ready for the Washington State Physical Agility Test, otherwise known as the PAT! Starting next week, we’re going to be posting our program called Couch to PAT. By the end of it, you should be able to pass the PAT, which includes:

90 seconds to complete a minimum of 20 pushups
90 seconds to complete a minimum of 25 sit ups
3 minutes to complete a minimum of 35 squat thrusts
