Fall Parent-Teacher Conference Schedule

Dear Frontier Families,
This is a friendly reminder about our upcoming Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences. We look forward to connecting with you to support your student’s growth and success.
Conference Schedule
Tuesday, November 18
• Conferences in the Round — 2:25–4:25 PM

Thursday, November 20
• Scheduled Conferences — 2:25–4:25 PM
(Teachers will contact families to schedule individual appointments. Parents/guardians may also contact teachers directly.)

Friday, November 21
• Conferences in the Round — 2:25–4:25 PM

What are “Conferences in the Round”?
These are drop-in style conferences held in the Student Center and Media Center. Families may meet with teachers to check in, ask questions, and discuss academic and social progress.

Students with IEPs or 504 Plans
If your student receives IEP or 504 services, families may contact their student’s case manager directly to schedule a conference.

If you have any questions, please contact the main office or your student’s teacher.

All EPS families and staff are welcome, no matter which school your child attends. With the recent SNAP benefit cuts, we understand families may need extra support.
