There is some false information circulating, even in the news.

Where it is not illegal to ballot harvest* in Washington State, it is illegal to set up a fake ballot box with the intention of interfering with an election.

*Someone other than the voter turning in the completed ballot.

If you wish to return your voted ballot in person on or before Election Day take it to: Clark County Elections Office 1408 Franklin Street, Vancouver 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday and 7 am to 8 pm on Election Day

Each candidate garnered 46% support in the final question in the survey. The remaining 8% said they were undecided. The results are almost identical to those from June of 2024, suggesting another photo finish in the rivals' rematch for Congress.

‼️IMMEDIATE CALL TO ACTION
This is an Every Vote Counts situation. There is a chance of 2 Republicans going through the primary to the general election for Public Land Commissioner. The closest Democrat is Dave Upthegrove and only a few thousand votes across the whole state separate him and the Republican.

Even if you voted for a different Democrat, PLEASE GO TO MyVote.wa.gov and make sure your ballot was fully processed. There are 2 stages for ballot processing.‼️DOUBLE CHECK That Your Ballot Does Not Need To Be Fixed.

Usually, ballots that need to be fixed are missing a signature on the envelope or the signature doesn’t exactly match drivers license/voter registration.

It’s EASY to FIX. Just complete the online form and email to County Elections Office before 4:30 PM Thursday, August 15, 2024.

Drop your signed ballot at an official drop box or return by mail, no stamp needed. In-person services and accessible voting devices are available through your local elections office or voting center until election day, 8 p.m.

Clark County is seeking community input to help plan for climate change. There are currently two surveys open for community members to provide feedback. These surveys are part of a series of activities throughout the year that will inform the county’s new climate chapter for its comprehensive plan.
