Jail Work Center Expansion Update 🚧

• Interior work is moving forward with MEP overhead installations, framing, drywall, and painting now underway.
• Exterior building trim is complete, and glazing is scheduled to begin this month.
• The covered walkway and exterior trim are officially wrapped up.
• Sitework is making great strides with sidewalks, high‑security fencing and gates, irrigation nearing completion, and landscaping well underway.

Each milestone brings us one step closer to a fully completed and functional space. More updates to come!

On July 17, vigilant staff observed unusual behavior inside a housing unit. Acting quickly, staff monitored the activity, intervened, and requested officer assistance to ensure the safety of everyone in the area.

Officers promptly removed the involved inmates and conducted a thorough search of the cell. Inside, they located a white piece of paper containing a white powdery substance, opened pill capsules, and additional contraband items. Thanks to the coordinated and proactive response of our team, the contraband was safely recovered before it could circulate further.
