We ARE having a Jury Trial on Monday, April 20, 2026. All Petit Jurors currently serving for April, May & June are asked to be at the Fayette County Courthouse by 8:30 on Monday morning. If you asked to be excused, but haven't received a letter or phone call, please assume that you were not excused and plan to be here. We will have a jury trial on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Jurors currently serving January-March should check their summons to see if their number is being called in on Tuesday. Find the sub-panel number in the upper right hand of your Summons. It will say JANMARCH26-_____ The number that follows the dash is your juror number. Numbers 3-72 should be at the Fayette County Courthouse by 8:30 on Tuesday morning. Thank You!

Fayette County Courthouse is planning for a delayed opening in the morning, Dec 2nd. If you have court tomorrow, your case will remain set and on time, unless overnight weather closes the Courthouse completely. Please check back in the morning for the latest information. If we're open, please don't miss your court hearing. If you can't safely make it in person, please Zoom in. Criminal Zoom ID: 290 921 2267 Civil Zoom ID: 331 447 0031. No passwords. Call us if you have difficulty Zooming in. If we are closed, you will get a new court date in the mail.
