The Fayette County Real Estate and all Mobile Home taxes will be mailed on July 29, 2025.
The first installment of 2024 Real Estate taxes will be due on August 29, 2025.
The second installment of 2024 Real Estate taxes will be due on September 29, 2025.
The 2025 Mobile Homes taxes will be due on September 29, 2025.
You can pay in office, by mail, at participating banks in Fayette county, in the ballot drop box on the north side of the County parking lot or online at

The 2nd installment of Fayette County Real Estate taxes & Mobile Home taxes are due on Monday, September 30th. Interest will accrue at 1.5% on real estate taxes & $25.00 on mobile home taxes after the due date.

Don't forget your 1st Installment of Fayette County Real Estate taxes are due tomorrow August 30th. We have many ways to pay if you can't come into the office; most banks in Fayette County, online at fayettecountyillinois.gov & there is also a drop box on the north side of the County building. Any 1st installment payments after Friday will have a 1.5% interest added.

Fayette County Real Estate Taxes and Mobile Home taxes will be mailed out on July 29, 2022. The 1st installment will be due August 29, 2022 and 2nd installment will be due September 29, 2022. Don't forget the 2nd installment of Fayette County Real Estate taxes and mobile home taxes are due Monday October 4th without a penalty. You can pay at Fayette County area banks, online at fayettecountyillinois.org at the office or you can drop your payment in the ballot box on the north side of the county buding.
