The South Carolina Department of Education released the 2026 SC School Report Card ratings this morning, and we are pleased to share that Ben Hazel Elementary School and Brunson Elementary School earned a GOOD rating. These results reflect significant accomplishments and the hard work of our students, teachers, staff, and school leaders.
Across the district, we saw growth in many areas and are encouraged by the progress that has been made. At the same time, we recognize that there is still important work ahead. As a district, we must remain intentional, focused, and consistent in our efforts to strengthen instructional practices and improve student outcomes.
As we move forward, it is important that we celebrate our successes, address our challenges, and remain committed to the work necessary to ensure every student reaches their full potential.
As our district theme reminds us, WE ARE ONE. Together, we will continue building stronger schools, enhancing high-quality instruction, and creating opportunities for success for every student.
