You may stop by our office to pick up a water sample bottle even though we do not perform water testing.
When you have collected your sample, bring it to the Montgomery County Health Department to be tested.
There is a fee of $40 that you will pay to the Montgomery County Health Department.

Each year, more than 357,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests occur in the United States and nearly 90% of those are fatal. In the event of a cardiac arrest, immediate CPR and early defibrillation can significantly improve a victim’s chances of survival.

The Revive & Survive AED Program is working to increase access to AEDs and CPR AED training in our communities to improve out-of-hospital cardiac arrest survival rates

501(c)(3) - not-for-profit organizations are eligible. Hospital owned and/or government funded agencies do not qualify for this program.
