School Immunization Notice

The SEFE nurse has completed the annual review of student immunization records. Families of students who are missing required vaccinations have been mailed letters that went out on September 1, 2026.

Indiana law requires students to have required immunizations or an approved exemption/documentation on file to attend school. Students who do not meet these requirements will be excluded from school in accordance with Indiana Code 20-34-4-5.

December 1, 2026, is our school’s deadline for compliance. Please submit updated vaccination records or an approved exemption to the school nurse before this date to avoid exclusion from school.

The Fountain Central Cross Country Team kicked off the fall season of High Five Fridays, as they greeted our students during morning arrival. We want to thank them for starting our day with lots of smiles, and wish them the best of luck at the Grand Prix race today!
