G. Pasquale & Sons Construction Company (GPSCC) is looking for a Full-Time Dump Truck Operator & Construction Crew Member (Non-CDL) to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both driving and hands-on construction work. For this position you must be willing to perform construction duties in addition to driving! We are a family-owned concrete contractor with a proud legacy since 1969, specializing in high-quality flatwork, masonry, and hardscaping in the Greater Pittsburgh area with most of our work in the south hills area.

📍 Work Location: Various locations, mainly in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh, PA
💰 Pay: Starting at $19/hr (based on experience, trade skills, & work ethic)
⏳ Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday | Paid weekly
✅ Requirements:
✔️ Valid driver’s license (must be able to drive a standard transmission)
✔️ Ability to hook up and tow a trailer
✔️ Must meet DOT physical requirements & carry a valid DOT medical card (We can help you get one!)
✔️ Must meet insurability for driving requirements of the company.
✔️ Be in good physical condition & legally able to work in the U.S.
✔️ Be able to operate a skid-steer & excavator (we will teach you)
✔️ Reliable transportation to and from work
✔️ Have a strong work ethic.
