Tomorrow’s the day. Come out and eat and you be the judge of which cook deserves one of these trophies. $10 for a wristband allows you to eat eat eat. Plenty for the kiddos too. Don’t forget the corn hole tournament also.

Something that just came to mind for us for another fun event is a cake walk on Saturday.....How many are coming that would like to participate in that? Please comment. CAKE 🎂 and Cookies 🍪

Everyone make sure to not eat a big breakfast Saturday morning. The public will be the judge of the best cooks cooking brisket and beans. You can arrive Saturday morning around 10:00 judging starts at 12:00. Pay $10 for a wristband to walk around to the cook sites and YOU be the judge of who’s you like best. If you want to be in the corn hole tournament, it’s $20 a team. Bounce house, dunking booth, face painting and more. Come have fun. Cash prizes for winners and raffle for concert tickets.

The Venus Fire Dept assisted Alvarado Fire Dept and other surrounding departments on a structure fire yesterday around 5:00 PM.
