Depths of Discovery Gala: bit.ly/4tWaVwH The City of Vergennes regulates the parking lot behind the Bixby Library. Per the signage posted in the parking lot, on the Bixby’s page, and on the Bixby Website: "Overnight Winter Parking: 8pm - 7am. Cars left in lot after 7am will be towed at the owners’ expense. Effective December

1 - March 31. - City of Vergennes.” This allows the library to have the parking lot plowed in time to open to staff, volunteers, and the public without cars in their way.
