Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are currently seeing a significant increase in illness and rebound sickness among students at school. To help prevent further spread and keep our students and staff healthy, we ask that you please keep your child home if they are not feeling well.

Please remember that just because a child is not running a fever does not mean they are not sick or unable to spread illness to others. If your child is experiencing symptoms such as coughing, congestion, sore throat, stomach issues, or general fatigue, we encourage you to allow them time to rest and recover at home.

With recent flooding and related events, Veribest ISD has made the decision to purchase ALL school supplies for students PK-12 for the 2025-2026 school year. We only ask that students bring their own backpacks.
