I hope this swarm moves into my trap/hive!!! I also do not believe it is one of my colonies. There were no queen cells in any of my hives this weekend when I checked my colonies.

When it rains it pours!! Another trap I have about 40 yards away is very active with bees inside the hive trap. I never caught 2 swarms on the same day before. Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket...

The honey flow is on!! It is already time to add more honey supers. Check out our ladies bringing in the golden nectar of 2026. These pictures are 2 days apart.

I have not updated in awhile. I saw this beehive from our First Lady and just had to share!! I absolutely love it!!

I want to thank all of our friends, family and customers for a successful 2025. We could not support our local eco system without it. We are currently sold out of all our raw honey. We look forward to a successful honey crop in 2026, allowing us to have our honey and wax products available for you.

Looking forward to Adams Homestead and Nature Preserve Christmas on the Homestead this Saturday. We will be selling our new (um improved soap bars). We have been updating our formulas with TALLOW instead of cocoa butter and coconut oil. Beef tallow hydrates and moisturizes the skin so much better in my opinion. We will have 3.5 oz rect bars and 2.75 square bars - Lemon/Lavendar, Sandalwood/Orange, Eucalyptus/Mint & Honey/Vanilla.
We will have all of our honeys and hand-crafted balms as well. Plus, it is that time for our Holiday gift tins for some sweet gifts.
