American Legion - Wallace Post 1 Post 1 meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month 7pm at the Vermillion Public Library

The American Legion was chartered and incorporated by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans organization devoted to mutual helpfulness. It is the nation’s largest wartime veterans service organization, committed to mentoring youth and sponsorship of wholesome programs in our communities, advocating patriotism and honor, promoting strong national security, and continued devotion to our fellow servicemembers and veterans.

Hello everyone. We have recently had a family in our community suffer a complete loss of their home. We are working with USD to help them get back on their feet. If you are able and willing to assist, we are coordinating donations of non-pershible food items, clothing, and other various items. Please let us know if you can assist.
