Looking for a fun, low-impact way to stay active? Join our Aqua Aerobics classes at the North County Aquatic Center and Gifford Aquatic Center all month long!

Whether you're looking to improve strength, boost cardio, or enjoy a refreshing full-body workout, our instructor-led classes are designed for all fitness levels. Choose from shallow or deep-water workouts with floats and weights provided—just bring yourself!

The welcoming culture built by our incredible staff is what makes these facilities feel like home. It's where confidence grows, friendships are formed, and families make memories they'll carry with them for years to come.

Whether you're training for your next race, perfecting your dive, cooling off with the family, or simply looking for a place to relax, our aquatic centers have something for everyone.

☀️ What an incredible two weeks! 🌊

Our Jr. Lifeguard Program wrapped up last week, and we couldn't be more proud of this amazing group of future lifeguards!

Throughout the program, participants got a firsthand look at what it's takes to be a lifeguard. They learned many of the same rescue techniques our lifeguards use, improved their swimming through conditioning, and built important communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Of course, there was plenty of fun along the way with games and activities designed to challenge and encourage them every step of the journey.

A huge thank you to our lifeguard staff for sharing their knowledge and mentoring the next generation of water safety leaders, and congratulations to all of our Jr. Lifeguards on a job well done! 👏
