Safety breaks (adult swim) are taken at the top of the hour when we open at 4pm and at the half hour when we open at 11:30am. The Goodman Aquatic Center is a program of the Jewish Federation of Madison. Enjoy the beautiful 5,500-square-foot outdoor pool, located at the Irwin A. Goodman Jewish Community Campus, 7762 County Road PD, in Verona, just 15 minutes from downtown Madison. The pool’s six 2

5-meter lanes make it great for lap swimming, and its zero-depth entry makes it accessible to everyone. When you’re out of the water, the pool’s shaded area and deck chairs offer a great place to lounge with friends and family, while enjoying a variety of delicious concessions available daily. Our pool has a salt-water generator, making the pool better for the environment and for swimmers. This generator allows us to use salt, a natural element found in the earth, as a sanitizing agent, instead of relying on large amounts of liquid chlorine. The Goodman Aquatic Center is open starting June 12, 2023, with weekday and weekend hours. Attendance is by membership or day passes in packs of 5 and 10, available for purchase online. Goodman Aquatic Center: Summer 2026 Update

We know how much the Goodman Aquatic Center means to our community, and we want to keep you informed as plans for Summer 2026 continue to develop.

At this time, public evening and weekend pool hours are not yet confirmed. Our ability to open the pool for community use depends on hiring an Evening/Weekend Pool Manager, and we are actively recruiting for this role.
