Come say hi to our Officers and Cadets during tonight’s Trick or Treat event!

🎃👮‍♂️ Halloween Glow Sticks! 👮‍♀️✨

Tomorrow, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, officers will be in various neighborhoods during Trick-or-Treating and they’ll be handing out glow sticks to help keep our little ghosts and goblins visible and safe!

✅ Stop by and say hello
✅ Grab a glow stick
✅ Enjoy a safe and spooky night
✅ Share some of your candy with officers…No candy corn, please. Yuck!

🚗💨 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 🛑

This Sunday, July 13th, between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., stop by
Miller & Sons Supermarket - Verona and pick up a 𝘍𝘙𝘌𝘌 “𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧” yard sign to remind drivers to take it easy on our residential streets.

👮‍♂️ Officer Finger will be on-site, handing out signs (while supplies last) and ready to chat about traffic safety. If no officer is present, you can still grab a sign at the Miller & Sons customer service counter!

At our last meeting Cadets and their families received the national Stop the Bleed training, which provides basic field interventions for general to traumatic bleeding wounds and injuries. Advisor Schultz and Officer Finger then had each team engage in a lifelike training scenario where they were tasked with patient identification and scene security, tourniquet application, wound packing, and direct pressure for a simulated trauma wound in a realistic and chaotic environment.
