Each year, we have an Art show where student work from grades 6-12 is showcased for the community, students, and families to see. Out of the grades 6-8, voting takes place to determine the 1st-3rd places. This year, each winner was from 8th grade. Brooklyn Green won 3rd place, Zory Terry won 2nd place, and Blake Loganbill won 1st place. Each of these pieces just happened to be from our Veteran's day project and represent the pride for our veterans.

Summer workouts/weights begin June 1 for incoming 7th through 12th graders.

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
Boys 6:30-8:30 AM
Girls 7:30-9:30 AM

Wednesdays (optional)
ALL 6:30-8:30 AM
Program called Plus One

No workouts on Fridays each week.

Dead Weeks:
June 27th through July 5th (MS/HS)
August 1st through 9th (HS)
August 8th through 16th (MS)

🎉 Celebrating Our Retirees – Teachers 🍎✨

Today, we proudly recognize and celebrate the dedicated educators who are retiring from Morgan County R-II School District. Their years of service, commitment, and care have made a lasting impact on countless students, families, and colleagues.

Christine Williams – Middle School Special Education

Christine Williams has dedicated all 25 years of her career in education to Morgan County R-II School District. Throughout her years of service, she has faithfully served as a middle school special education teacher, making a difference in the lives of countless students with special needs and having a positive impact on their families.

As she begins retirement, Christine looks forward to spending more time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who are sure to treasure every moment with her.

Christine shared that she will greatly miss the staff, teachers, and students she has had the privilege of working with over the years. She will especially miss her special education colleagues and students, who have held a special place in her heart throughout her career.

We are deeply grateful for Christine’s dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the students of Morgan County R-II. Her impact will be felt for years to come.
