Kirk Sumner 67 of Versailles, Missouri, was arrested on May 13, 2026, on a Morgan County warrant for Possess Controlled Substance . Additional charges resulted from the arrest of Sumner for Possession of Controlled Substance and Tampering with Physical Evidence in Felony Prosecution. Sumner is being held on a $25,000.00 bond at the Morgan County Adult Detention Center.
Levi Cantrell 20 of Versailles, Missouri, was arrested on May 13, 2026, during the apprehension of (Kirk Sumner) Cantrell was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Tampering With Physical Evidence in Felony Prosecution. Cantrell is being held on a $25,000.00 bond at the Morgan County Adult Detention Center.

After a long-coordinated investigation by the Morgan County F.A.S.T. team, the United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force, Missouri State Highway Patrol ORP team and the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office, Terri Laine Moore, age 56 of Gravois Mills, Missour, was arrested on April 29,2026, in Caldwell County, on a Morgan County warrant for Class D Felony Possession of Controlled Substance. Moore is being held in the Morgan County Adult Detention Center on a $40,000. Bond
