Capability Farm welcomed future photographers through the Genesis Photography in Nature Camp last week. The crew of budding shutterbugs had fun learning how to make photos of all of the sights on the farm, including spotting a deer, a hawk, and lots of flowers. We always love the opportunity to educate others on the wonders of nature!

Capability Farm was happy to host a WINGS birding tour group led by Jon Dunn and Ben Lucking during the spring migration in May. During their tour, the group spotted 58 species of birds in just a few short hours. Highlights included the Northern bobwhite, yellow-breasted chat, blue grosbeak, and Lincoln’s sparrows.
