On the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, Vestal High School Social Studies teacher Brian McKinley, will be giving a special presentation at the Vestal Public Library (sponsored by the Vestal Museum).

Mr. McKinley will share his firsthand experience of reporting from a helicopter above New York City as the attacks unfolded. He will also show some of the images captured from the helicopter that have been featured in major newspapers and books.

Thank you WIVT WBGH NewsChannel 34 and 40 News WICZ-TV for coming out to talk to Mr. McKinley ahead of his presentation next week.

Our new teachers gathered for the first time this morning for day 1 of orientation. They have a full day of informative and collaborative sessions ahead as they prepare for an exciting school year. We are so happy to have them as part of our Vestal school community!
