The Vestal Fire Department is a 100% volunteer organization. As a fire department, we are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. As your fire department, we are ready to assist you, our community and our neighboring communities. As a local fire department, we have to be good stewards of the funds with which we receive. While we are allocated a yearly budget from the Town of Vestal; we have to
offset the financial burdens of operations through various fundraisers. Your donations will benefit the Vestal Fire Department by ensuring that our members are capable of maintaining the buildings, equipment and/or purchasing equipment necessary to operate as an organization. "Vestal is a town of about 32,000 people located in upstate New York, 80 miles south of Syracuse, on the New York / Pennsylvania border.
