As the 2025 Switzerland County 4-H Fair has come to a close and we’ve all (mostly) recovered from a fun, exciting week, we would like to take a minute to say THANK YOU!!
Thank you to EVERY buyer, EVERY bidder, EVERY sponsor, EVERY supporter, EVERY volunteer, EVERY parent and EVERY 4-Her!! Without you ALL, this week and this program would not be possible. We hope you’ve enjoyed every minute of it and made a ton of lifelong memories!

As a friendly reminder, the Utilities department will be conducting hydrant flushing this week. You might notice a temporary decrease in water pressure. It is recommended that you run your faucets for a minute or two to clear out any sediment.

Vevay!!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves tonight in our hometown!! The Town of Vevay, you exceeded our expectations once again! We appreciate the opportunity to participate in the celebration of our nation's birthday! McAlister Fireworks, your pyrotechnic displays are consistently impressive, and although we didn't get to watch them, we could feel the impact and hear the applause! We will be setting up in Patriot Indiana tomorrow for the parade and music. If you have a car, truck or even a tractor come on down to the parade, signup starts at noon and parade starts at 3 then music will be playing to the fireworks start.
Stop by and grab something off our trailer and you will be signed up for a special prize that us and Joey Rider, Rider Realty will be giving away at 7pm.
