I am the son of a black/Puerto Rican liberal democrat school teacher and white redneck republican military man. I've seen and heard some good debates over my lifetime. I am not afraid of a good HONEST debate. I don't hate democrats, I hate where the democratic party has gone: too far to the left. I hate election fraud; you should too. I want to be certain that our election system; which democrats criticized non-stop for 4 years and now suddenly find it perfect; is fair and safe.
I'm good with coming together for the good of the country, but I have a problem with people who for 4 years said and tolerated every nasty comment, lie, conspiracy and even supported the burning down of cities in the name of 'justice' now asking for peace, because they think they got their way. That's sociopathic.
It cant be peace, love and happiness only when you get your way. Condemn the rioting, condemn the lies about Trump; recognize that Biden actually committed the crime for which Trump was impeached and then bragged about it. Our nations voting system is in crisis and we face a constitutional crisis over this election.
It runs deeper however, the far left wing of the democratic party has gone full blown socialist/communist. They want a black list of people whose only crime was supporting a controversial president or being appointed by him. Biden calls for coming together while his party calls for black lists and punishment. Others call for the complete destruction of the GOP (MSNBC commentator).
A line has been crossed here and it is a veritable existential crisis for the USA and for freedom itself. Do not let your blind hatred of the man; keep you from seeing what is actually happening. If Biden is elected he may be more moderate that I fear, but I just don't think Biden is actually in control.
If the challenges result in Trump returning to office; what will you do? Start burning down cities again until its an all out civil war? If you aren't afraid right now, you are not paying attention.
Thomas Paine was right when he declared that “we have it in our power to begin the world over again”.
