Eagle Star’s primary purpose is to develop, operate and maintain safe, sanitary and affordable short-term and permanent housing for low-income individuals and families, homeless and at-risk individuals and fam

ilies, and homeless and at-risk veterans and families. Eagle Star currently operates a 15-bed transitional housing facility for homeless and at-risk veterans in East Pembroke, New York. Eagle Star currently has potential projects in development in Seneca Falls, Bath, and Canandaigua, New York.

Our Veterans at our Farmington home often have pets staying with them and there is plenty of running room in the yard! This house is based on a Safe Haven model, and focuses on harm reduction and ‘Housing First.’

Tonight, the Spencerport Volunteer Firemen’s Association, along with our Ladies Auxiliary, were proud to donate a new Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to Eagle Star Housing in Spencerport.

This life-saving piece of equipment can be used immediately in the event of sudden cardiac arrest, when every second counts.

The AED was officially presented during this evening’s meeting, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to help make our community a safer place.

Strong partnerships like this help ensure Spencerport is prepared when it matters most.
