๐Ÿš‘ Behind Every Number Is a Neighbor. Behind Every Call Is a Crew Ready to Serve. ๐Ÿš‘

June and July have kept the EMS crews of Victoria Fire & Rescue busy! Over these two months, our providers responded to:

๐Ÿšจ 226 EMS calls for service
๐Ÿฅ 156 patient transports
โœ๏ธ 23 patient refusals
๐Ÿค 17 public assists
๐Ÿš 2 fly-outs

From providing lifesaving treatment and transporting patients to assisting community members during their time of need, our crews continue to answer the callโ€”day and night.

These numbers represent much more than statistics. They represent neighbors helped, families comforted, emergencies managed, and countless hours of dedication from our EMS professionals.

We are incredibly proud of our providers and grateful for the continued trust and support of the community we serve.

From all of us at Victoria Fire & Rescue, we want to wish every student, teacher, bus driver, school staff member, and parent a safe and successful first day of school!

As everyone gets back into their routines, please remember:
๐Ÿ›‘ Stop for stopped school buses with flashing red lights.
๐Ÿšธ Slow down in school zones.
๐Ÿ‘€ Stay alert for children walking, biking, or crossing the street.
๐Ÿ“ต Put the phone down and keep your eyes on the road.

A few extra seconds of patience can make all the difference in keeping our children safe.

Have an amazing school year! Stay safe, work hard, and make it your best one yet! โค๏ธ๐Ÿš’๐Ÿš‘๐Ÿ“š
