The Victoria library is accepting bids for the sale of two desks. While the desks exhibit some imperfections, they remain suitable for use as functional workspaces by students or individuals. Look at this “blast from the past”. A local man Vernon C  Moak who lived in Victoria wrote a fictitious poem in the 1940s and used references to a few residents of Victoria – kind of!
