This year’s Scripps National Spelling Bee champion hails from San Bernardino County!

Shrey was crowned spelling bee champion after correctly spelling 32 words during the challenging spell-off, including his winning word, bromocriptine. This was also his third time competing in the Spelling Bee, making his victory even more remarkable. What an unforgettable achievement!
