September is Su***de Prevention and Awareness Month, and San Bernardino County communities are invited to participate in a free QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) su***de prevention training. The training will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3, at the Apple Valley Community Clinic, located at 18818 Outer Highway 18 N. in Apple Valley.

Open to San Bernardino County residents ages 18 and older, the training will provide participants with valuable tools to recognize the warning signs of su***de, ask the right questions, encourage someone to seek help and connect them with appropriate resources.
