The National Baptist Convention consists of more than 30,000 churches and pastors in the United States and its territories. This partnership provides to Rei'L the opportunity to provide support and services of Housing, Transportation, Financial Literacy and Sustainability, Career and Job Training, Job Readiness, Employment opportunities, and more to formerly incarcerated men and women throughout the nation. We are blessed to have a very strong and credible EMT and Paramedics Training, which affords our clients the opportunity to graduate and enter the workforce immediately. Currently, there are 332 students enrolled with a graduation rate of 95%.

So excited for the statistics of our Solar Installation Program. Our returning citizens can graduate from the program and have a career in Solar Installation. We currently have more than 300 enrolled with a graduation rate of 77%. The starting salary is $50,000.00 per year. God IS Awesome!!
