Dear Pirate Families and Community Members,

Please be aware that the school zone traffic light at our campus is currently malfunctioning. Instead of flashing as it normally does during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up, it is continuously cycling through standard green, yellow, and red light phases.

We have already contacted TxDOT to report the malfunction, as they are the agency responsible for repairing the light.

🛑 What You Need to Do:
Exercise Extreme Caution: We have unfortunately already witnessed two accidents in the area this morning. Please slow down and remain hyper-vigilant as you approach the school.

Spread the Word: Please share this notice with family, friends, or anyone else who drives through our school zone.

The safety of our students, staff, and families is our absolute highest priority. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep our community safe.

And just like that, they are officially first graders! 🍎🎉

We are so incredibly proud of our Pine Forest Elementary Kindergarten Class of 2026. They brought so much joy, curiosity, and bright smiles to our halls this year, and today was the perfect celebration of all their hard work.

Watch out, world—the future Class of 2038 is on their way! 🎓🏴‍☠️

We are changing our outdoor day from Wednesday to tomorrow, Tuesday, due to the weather. Please make sure to send your student with a labeled water bottle. They may still bring outside toys as stated in the prior informational. Please message your student's teacher if you have any questions.
