Brevard County Teen Court

Brevard County Teen Court TEEN COURT is an alternative to the Juvenile Justice System for young adults who have committed a crime. Defendants will be judged by a jury of their peers.

What makes this program unique is that everyone in the courtroom except the judge, are TEENS! Students ages 13-18 will be able to participate as the prosecuting attorney, defense attorney, court clerk, bailiff or juror.
