Although Dolly has just passed, her work and legacy live on through her many charitable initiatives. The Dolly Parton Imagination Library always held a place close to her heart and stands as an ever-growing way to support early childhood literacy.

We're hiring! The Villa Park Public Library seeks a flexible, energetic self-starter to be our new Public Services Associate for Youth Services. We are looking for a versatile, service-oriented person who is focused and organized. Our staff works collaboratively and enthusiastically to provide excellent and equitable service to patrons of all ages, especially youth. Strong technology skills are a must, as is the ability to provide assistance both one-on-one and in a group setting.

Today's sealcoating has been cancelled. Fingers crossed, with weather permitting, it has been rescheduled to Saturday, September 5.

Our parking lot will be closed on Friday, August 21 and Saturday, August 22 for sealcoating. Parking will be available south of the building along Central.
