Community groups and volunteers are sought to help Lower Township and Cape Assist host a special Halloween event for our community children on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at the Cape May Lewes Ferry Terminal in North Cape May.

Trunk or Treat is a contained Halloween trick-or-treating event in which children are invited to the Cape May Lewes Ferry Terminal parking area to trick or treat out of the backs of the decorated cars of community groups and residents.

The Trunk or Treat event runs from 5:30pm-7:00pm. It is free and open to the community. Registered volunteers are requested to be on site beginning at 4:00pm for set up.

Volunteers are needed to bring their cars to trunk-or-treat to hand out candy. Candy donations are also being accepted to be handed out at the event.

Anyone interested in registering a vehicle for the Trunk or Treat, or donations of candy, can contact Steve Selby with Cape Assist @ [email protected] or (609) 522-5960.
