The Little Free Grief Library at Vilonia Funeral Home is stocked with books relating to grief and loss. Our mission is to help as many people as we can.

The library is located outside the funeral home, and is available to anyone 24 hours a day.

Sandra Liane (Evans) Sharpe, age 85, of Vilonia, Arkansas, joined the church triumphant on Wednesday, October 27th, 2021, surrounded by family at her home in Vilonia.

Little Free Grief Library At Vilonia Funeral Home

Little Free Libraries are a global phenomenon. The small, front‐yard book exchanges number 60,000 around the world in 80 countries — from Iceland to Tasmania to Pakistan.

The Little Free Grief Library at Vilonia Funeral Home will be filled with books pertaining to grief, loss, personal helps, etc. It will be placed outside of our funeral home and is available 24 hours a day for anyone to take a book, or leave a book. We will also provide various children’s books for our children that are suffering with grief.

The Little Free Library nonprofit organization has been honored by the Library of Congress, the National Book Foundation, and the American Library Association, and Reader’s Digest named them one of the “50 Surprising Things We Love about America.” Each year, nearly 10 million books are shared in Little Free Libraries.
