Meet some amazing CASA supporters! 💙

These dedicated volunteers spend their time creating Blanket Bundles for Knox County children who have been removed from their homes and are facing difficult circumstances.

Started by Anne Prout and Ladonna Neuman in 2014, the Blanket Bundle program has provided comfort to more than 1,000 children. While that number reflects a significant need, it also highlights the kindness of those who step up to help.

We’re proud to introduce the “church ladies” who have been faithfully tying blankets at the library: ✨ Susan Duffy ✨ Dayna Adams ✨ Pat Jost ✨ Anne Prout (holding the blanket!) ✨ Susan Roark ✨ Terri Utt ✨ And the cheerful ringleader, Jennifer Jones!

Their kindness reminds us that there are many ways to make a difference in a child's life. ❤️

The 15th Annual Friends of Knox County CASA Golf Scramble was a great success!

We were honored to kick off the event by recognizing Cindy Ravellette as our Volunteer of the Year. Cindy truly exemplifies what it means to be a CASA volunteer, consistently going above and beyond for the children she serves.

Thank you to everyone who participated, sponsored, donated, and supported this event. We could not do this important work without the support of our community!

The CASA Golf Scramble is still a go even though Mother Nature isn't being especially helpful!

We are continuing to closely monitor the weather and remain in contact with the Golf Pro regarding conditions and any necessary adjustments.

Any updates will be shared on our page as they become available. If you have questions, please feel free to contact the office at 812-882-2108.

For now, we’re keeping our eyes on the forecast and hoping the weather gives us a good bounce.
