The members of the Vine Grove Fire Department extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Firefighter Ryan Druen and the Elizabethtown Fire Department.

Ryan’s dedication, courage, and commitment to serving his community will never be forgotten. The fire service is a family, and today we mourn the loss of one of our own. While words cannot ease the pain of this loss, we stand united with the Elizabethtown Fire Department during this difficult time.

Please keep Ryan’s loved ones, his fire department family, and all those affected by this tragic loss in your thoughts and prayers.

This award reflects Clayton’s dedication, hard work, and commitment to serving our community with professionalism and integrity. Whether responding to emergencies, supporting his fellow firefighters, or giving back to the community, Clayton consistently represents the very best of the fire service.

Last Thursday we had the pleasure of assisting Vine Grove Elementary School with their annual egg drop event! The students created contraptions to protect eggs from a 30 foot fall. We were very impressed with their creativity!
