Dominick Stanek Fights for the Right to Farm

When Dominick's farm was invaded by over 20 Wisconsin DNR agents and policemen, they stole his legally grown CBD crop and never returned it.
His disabled step daughter was detained in the driveway for seven hours.
They searched his girlfriends bedroom for deer parts!

Clearly, this was a move to disrupt and abuse this farmer and his family. The DNR warden from Richland County, Kirk Konicheck, told Dominic that "you had better let the deer herd eat your crops or we will take your farm away and make it into park"!

A clear message to all farmers that their livlihood means nothing to the state of Wisconsin!!!!!

Dominick Stanek is being railroaded by Richland County WI District Attorney Jennifer Harper. He has a trial coming up next month and they want to gag him from saying anything about how the massive deer herd in our area decimate his crops. Judge Mcdougal said "it is legal to shoot a human if they are stealing from you but not the state's deer'! This is clearly over reach by the hunting lobby that wants tons of deer everywhere regardless of the dangers and expense that they pose to the citizens of the state. The DNR needs to know that property owners like Dominick pay taxes and DNR wages!!!
Consider calling the Richland County DA Jennifer Harper and Judg Lisa McDougal at 608-647-2626 in support of Dominick and farmers everywhere to make a living. Demand that the DNR control deer numbers and not harrass farmers at 1-888-936-7463

If you are a farmer with a couple hundred deer hiding in your neighbors woods during the day and coming out at night to eat your crops...how will you deal with this nuisance if

1) you can only shoot 30 min before sundown to get them (they come out right at sundown)

2) you have to have your gun in a case till you get to them if you are driving through the field

3) you have to act like it is the 9 day hunting season and follow all of the regs including wearing orange

4) you can' shoot any bucks so if you accidently shoot a young buck with no antlers the DNR takes away your permit

5) you only get 5 permits at a time and rules are strict

6) your antler worshipping neighbor has the DNR on speed dial every time they hear a gun go off

on the other hand
you can shoot a nuisance racoon, coyote, possum, etc at any time....This is not about DEER IT IS ABOUT ANTLERS...the DNR wants money from hunters wanting antlers and that is why the deer herd is allowed to be inflated!!!!!

Incredible amounts of deer meat wasted during the WI deer season! Here is a pic of a dumpster near Rockton, WI with whole buck carcasses with just the head removed. Clearly, the DNR caters to those who want antlers only and cares nothing about a healthy deer herd!

This is a deer dying from CWD...With hunter numbers down leading to deer over population we are seeing these poor diseased creatures everywhere in Richland county. The DNR does nothing to control the over population of deer besides begging people to shoot them during the measly 9 day season. Even though there is a law against salt licks (where bucks infesteach other with CWD) you will never see a warden do anything about the massive number of deer feeding stations and salt licks out there!
